Apostille on Ukrainian official documents is proceeded for such countries as Germany, Spain, Great Britain, the USA, Israel, Italy, France, etc. In each case some document is proceeded in some exact ministry. For example, Ukrainian apostille on educational documents (bachelor diploma, specialist diploma, master diploma, school certificate, bachelor diploma supplement, specialist diploma supplement, master diploma supplement, school certificate supplement) are stamped at Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, documents issued by Ukrainian civil registry offices or notaries are stamped with apostille at Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and other documents like police clearance certificates (criminal records) of medical certificates are proceeded by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. For other countries, unless signed the Hague Convention, legalization stamp formalities are stipulated in Ukraine. Namely, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is responsible for legalization stamp on Ukrainian documents.
